Manisha is the founder and CEO of QED Policy Group which was founded in 2022. Most recently, Manisha worked at the London Stock Exchange (LSEG) where she focused on strategic planning and M&A integration. Previously, Manisha was the Chief Policy Officer at MayStreet, a market data infrastructure provider. Prior to joining MayStreet, she served as Senior Policy Advisor, Regulatory Reporting to the SEC Chair focused on the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), where she was instrumental in its successful implementation.
Before that, Manisha served as Head of Regulatory and Compliance, Wealth Management, at Refinitiv. While at Refinitiv, she also served as the chair of the CAT NMS Advisory Committee and as a member of the SEC’s Equity Market Structure Advisory Committee (EMSAC) where she chaired the Customer Issues Subcommittee. Before Refinitiv, she held various senior roles at the Financial Information Forum, Jordan & Jordan and Automatic Data Processing.
Manisha holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Penn’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Bill is responsible for practice management and quantitative analysis at QED Policy Group. Bill joins QED from Thoughtworks where he held various positions most recently focused on implementing operational and financial controls to ensure compliance with public company standards and internal policies/procedures. Bill's work included the manipulation and automation of large datasets.
During his 27-year tenure at Thoughtworks, Bill served as Head of Capabilities, North America, Head of Thoughtworks University and Head of Central Market, North America. In these roles, he was essential in helping take Thoughtworks from a Chicago-based start-up of less than 50 people to a global public company. His extensive international experience includes assignments leading teams around the world including in the UK, EU, India, and China. He began his career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
Bill holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
